What we collect

When you join the list or use an early access code we collect what you give us: your email, and if you choose to, your phone number, Instagram handle and size. We also save which pieces you heart, the time you signed up, whether you agreed to texts (and the exact wording you agreed to), and basic technical info such as your IP address and browser.

Visits

We count visits and clicks on our own site (for example which pages are opened and which pieces get hearted) using a small first-party cookie, to see what people like. We don’t use third-party ad trackers.

How we use it

To tell you when ordering opens and about Luxury Goat products, drops and sales; to send texts only if you ticked the box agreeing to them; to see which pieces people want most; and to keep early access working for invited members.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information. We don’t share your phone number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We use service providers (website hosting, and email/text sending services) only to run Luxury Goat.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop them. Reply HELP for help.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• To see, change or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected].

Keeping it

We keep your details while you’re on the list, and records of text consent as long as the law requires. Delete requests are handled within 30 days.
